Yanira Samanta Isuani
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Nacional de Cuyo in 2017.
She joined our law firm in February 2018.
She is in charge of a wide range of clients´ issues, advising them in corporate and labour matters.
In 2016, she participated in the drafting of the Urban Solid Waste Management (USWM) Ordinance N°6489/16, by which she obtained a Mention of Honour by the municipality of Godoy Cruz.
She performed an internship in the Consumer Protection Office, specifically in the area of conciliations, proceedings and legal advice to citizens, during 2016.
She also performed a training on Rights of Users and Consumers, a course that was organized by the National Institute of Public Administration, in 2015.
Also in 2015, she obtained an undergraduate training scholarship at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Cuyo, where she was responsible for the organization of free legal advice offered by the faculty.
She is Member of the Colegio de Abogados de la Provincia de Mendoza.
Besides Spanish, she is fluent in English.
