We advised Telecomunicaciones Telestar S.A., a well-known Chilean telecommunications company, with offices in Chile, Argentina and Brazil, in the acquisition of 100% of Heilsberg S.A. capital stock, a company with a license to operate in the telecommunications market in the Argentine Republic.

We advised the purchasers, in the acquisition of 100% of AGL S.A. capital stock, a company which is dedicated to the elaboration and sale of mineral and flavored waters in the province of Mendoza and in the rest of the country.

We advised Alferdis S.R.L., a commercial distributor of several food brands in our province, in the commercial disengagement with a major food company of our country.
