Our Firm successfully defended Assist Card Argentina SA, in a legal claim filed by a client, by which he claimed an injury suffered when travelling abroad. The first instance court decided that plaintiff did not prove that the injuries were not as a consequence of the horse riding fall, and that the other injury was pre-existing to the travel. The decision was confirmed by the Cour of Appeal and the SCJM.
