November 16, 2021. CCA participated in the drafting and negotiation of the Master
Franchise Agreement and the ancillary agreements, for the expansion of the Company,
through franchises, with already two (2) franchises operating in our province; and
projecting five (5) more in the Greater Mendoza area, and planning to franchise five (5)
more stores in different provinces of our country in the next two (2) years.
