We advised Telecomunicaciones Telestar S.A., a well-known Chilean telecommunications company, with offices in Chile, Argentina and Brazil, in the acquisition of 100% of Heilsberg S.A. capital stock, a company with a license to operate in the telecommunications market in the Argentine Republic.
