Facundo Correa Cremaschi
He received a law degree from the Law School of the University of Mendoza in 2000 and his Masters of Laws (LL.MM.) with MERIT in International and Comparative Business Law at the London Metropolitan University in 2002.
He attended a postgraduate course in 2013 on Legal Advice to Family Companies organised by the Argentine Institute of Family Companies.
He has worked in several M&A deals, commercial agreements, such as trusts, licensing, sponsorship, agency, loans, etc., He has also advised several clients in company matters; in bond issues programs and commercial litigation.
He is full director of domestic companies and also acts as legal representative of foreign companies.
Mr. Correa Cremaschi was the Legal and Corporate Affairs Manager of NDM Group, a British group with assets in Argentina in the Real Estate, Hotel & Leisure and Agribusiness industries in 2009 and 2010.
Mr. Correa Cremaschi was during 2008, an associate lawyer at Negri & Teijeiro Abogados, one of the largest law firms in Argentina.
He is lecturer since 2011 in Company Law II at the University of Mendoza.
He is Member of the Colegio de Abogados de la Provincia de Mendoza.
Besides Spanish, he is fluent in English.
